They conducted interview process that took almost a month and all through the process the HR was very positive that I would be hired. And when almost everything was ok the verge of finalising they send me an email saying your technical knowledge is not aligned with our needs ! And when I call them up for feedback’s they neither accept the calls nor reply to mails . Ghosting the candidate after investing so much of time and efforts is not a professional approach.

Three steps. Technical, HR and Confirmation.
Technical will include mostly some problem solving and related question also ur technical prowess. HR mostly on personal and official questions like salary, work culture related.
