Comparion Insurance Agency interview questions

Was asked introductory questions and behavioral questions. Also, questions related to closing sales and how I am working with others. They want to really know your personality and how you respond to different/complex situations.

3 rounds of interviews, more relaxed, less star method and more focused on ability and what you have and what you will do. It's a great process and the questions really seem to matter with what you will do.
