The recruiting team did a great job of telling me what to expect with the job interview process and apologized when there would be multiple days between communication. I talked to the hiring manager and multiple creatives that I would have worked with in the role.

They gave an example of a project and asked how I would kick this project off, how I would resource a team and how I would create a timeline.
Initial interview with HR specialist did not provide a ton of details about the role itself, but it was a good way to see if the company itself was a good fit. I appreciate how quick they were to move through the interview process.

Tell me about your current responsibilities. What made you interest in the company.
The interview process consists of four rounds: an initial screening interview, a hiring manager interview, a case study with product managers and cross-functional team members, and a final interview with Head of Product.
Overall, the process is well-structured and thoughtful. The interviewers are friendly, genuine, and clearly invested in finding the right team fit
