Five rounds of interviews: a screener with a HR employee, another round with a different HR employee, a hiring manager interview, a "head of" unit interview, and a final round interview with the CEO. All very pleasant although worth noting the CEO is a quirky individual and the interview was mostly me asking him questions. They seem like a real scale-up company with a huge growth mindset, the impression I got was that they work very hard and all teams are very busy, but the culture is good.
