Easy going process - First is application submission, once i got selected for interview, i was interviewd by a 3 member panel. The interview revolves around technical experience, civil service, technical Skills and Strengths aligned to this role. There was also a live programming exercise at the start of the interview. Overall great experience, the interviewers were nice and friendly, listened and made me feel comfortable as i walk through my approach to problem solving
