Overall the process was about as expected, started off with a phone screen with the recruiter, then the hiring manager and then the HR Manager. They asked typical questions about why I wanted to work here and what drew me to CompTIA.

I found the process smooth and efficient during my initial virtual interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition. A second interview was promptly scheduled with the hiring manager, demonstrating their commitment to progress. The subsequent meeting with the hiring manager took place the following week, during which I encountered some deviations from the initially described job role. While the overall process was commendable due to the responsiveness of all involved parties, I must admit some disappointment regarding the discrepancy between the job description provided in the initial interview and the actual role discussed during the second interview. Additionally, I guided the conversation during the meeting with the hiring manager, as it often veered towards small talk rather than focusing on pertinent aspects of the role.
