The interview was brief and over Skype...just a few questions about my experience as a sailing instructor and how I would add to the Sailing Center. They are a community based program and are looking for people who are committed to this.

Applied in person, was called in for an interview a few weeks later. Interview was straight forward and dealt with my experiences and interests in the position. I was called back within a week of the interview to discuss the terms of employment, salary, and the necessary steps I had to take before I was able to become a sailing instructor.
