Interview
1. 15 minute phone interview from Recruitment Officer
2. 15 minutes to complete and send requested documents and application form
3. 15 minute questionnaire to complete prior to the interview (reading an article and providing paragraph-length answers of your philosophy on the nature of working with individuals with specific needs)
4. 60 minute in-person standard interview of typical interview questions at their office
5. 15 minute phone interview from Coordinator
6. 60 minute in-person conversational interview of character and values and discussion of nature of work at their office
7. 10 minute discussion with Recruitment Officer over the phone explaining necessary documentation: TB & Complete Physical Medical Documentation, vaccination records, 2+ referrals, Driver's Abstract, First Aid Certificate
8. 90 minutes + $70 (walk-in clinic) for 2 visits to clinic including wait-time which is required for TB testing, complete physical, and completion of medical form
9. 15 minutes to collect and organize vaccination records & confirming professional referrals over email
10. 5 minutes to scan/take picture of relevant documents and email to organization to complete their requirements
