Questions are fair and probing regarding work history, feelings about past assignments, attitudes about corporate culture, future plans. The interview lasted about two hours with questions from several perspectives, with key attention paid to situational awareness, and previous experience with problems, especially with other employees I had to manage. The interview was not difficult, but if you don't have what you profess to have regarding work history or talents, it will probably come out. If you know yourself, your limits, and you're honest about it you're fine. They like confidence, not arrogance.
