I interviewed at Community Builders (Washington, DC)
Interview
Good first interview everyone was friendly with a good environment I would recommend this interview training program at any location I don’t know what more to say then thank you for the excellent interview
Ultimately the interview process was lengthy and ended in an u professional ghosting. I first applied in January, first round interview a month after, second round interview was a panel that was intended to be in person but after I arrived ended up being hybrid as the panel was not informed and thus was forced to join by zoom. The interviewer was not prepared and her laptop died midway and we had to reconnect. Round three was virtual two weeks after round 2 but I never received any formal follow up communication after that. THREE ROUNDS and I was ghosted without so much as a thank you email for my time.

Interview
I had a recruiter phone screen and then a brief interview with another associate. The interview with the associate was a big turn off for me. The associate actually said to me "we typically hire people younger for this role." That was the moment I knew this company was not for me. I was told I would be moved to the next step in the process and never heard back. I'm not unhappy about it.
