I had two interviews via Skype, the first with 3 people and the second with 4 people. They provided a list of about 15 questions 30 minutes before the interview. After the second interview, they told me that they'd be in contact within 2 weeks with a yes or no answer.
They never responded to the two follow-up emails that I sent. It's fine if I'm not offered the job, but please give me the respect that I would give you by responding to my emails, and not ghosting me. That foreshadows how you treat your employees, and I prefer to work for respectful employers.
