During times like CoVid I received two phone interviews, one in person and a final call. I spoke with 2 people that run the projects. And had a face to face with one of the leading project managers.

Interview
The interview process was a positive experience. There were multiple stages conducted through different communication formats. Many questions focused on my professional and educational background, as well as why I was interested in the role.
I was impressed by the positivity within the company. The people who interviewed me were approachable and seemed happy with their work and the company as a whole. Each of them described the advancement opportunities they experienced first-hand.

As mentioned in another review, one interviewer asked about a recent advertisement that I liked.

Interview
Contacted shortly after application to set up an initial phone interview. Standard phone interview questions about myself and previous experience, education, and what drew me to Communicus and the position itself. The recruiter was friendly and described the process well -- I was told that I would be contacted by the individual hiring manager within the next two weeks to set up an in-person interview. After two weeks had elapsed, I still hadn't been contacted by anyone from Communicus. I emailed the recruiter that I had previously spoken to and now more than a month has passed since the initial phone interview and I still haven't heard anything from anyone at Communicus. Disappointing and unprofessional, even if they chose not to move forward with my candidacy.
We try very hard to respond to our candidates as well as keep them informed of where we are in what can sometimes be a lengthy hiring process. I personally apologize if we somehow missed your update request. We appreciate the time that each candidate gives to us in the interview process and keeping them aware of their status in the process is important. We wish you well in your job search.
