First the phone interview it’s scheduled with the dental director at the time. Then if you’re selected and scheduled a in-person interview. He decides whether you’re a good fit in 5 minutes.

Interview
It was over a month after I applied before I heard anything. When they finally called me it was some sort of admin assistant, but the a recruiter also called. I was rescheduled once and then when I finally came in, I interviewed with 4 directors who seemed uninterested and very disorganized.
