Interview
Normally CV's of the candidates are verified and cross checked about the previous experience/employers. Quetions pertaining to the job are asked and capabilities of the candidates are ensured. his/hers integrity/sincerety is cross checked besides finding reason why he is leaving his earlier job. Certain real problems are put to the candidates and his solution is analysed in the contest of company ethos.
