Interview
Applied online and heard within a week about interviewing. I did three 30 minute (separate) interviews with a Director, Director, and Managing Director on the team that I was applying for. Thought there might be additional interviews but they emailed me my offer within a week of my third interview. Basically all behavioral. Do background research on the company and team so that you can have a strong answer for why you want to work there and an understanding of what the team does. I was given a long period to ask questions so come prepared with many.
