I had my first interview with the clinical manager and then had a panel interview with a group of dietitians who worked on the floor. It was overall a positive experience

They asked some clinical based questions and then basic job interview questions; What are your strengths/weaknesses, etc.
Three stage interview, clinical questions, online test that is timed (calculations for tpn, TF, diets, recommendations, situational questions, etc). They also ask for availability, review of resume, ask about your prior experiences
