Interview
First had a phone interview...went great. Made the trek to Philly and met with both founders. I was very qualified. They came across as elitists and snobs. Very off putting.

Questions are geared not around your professional qualifications, but whether you are immersed into the local food culture. They are looking for earthy crunchy.
The first round was a phone interview. The second round was an in person interview at the office/warehouse location where I spent 10-15 minutes each with small groups of current staff members.
