2 stage process. From the off seemed good however after checking the company out the review's are true. Expanded far to fast, Only just made profit last tax year and they don't close the advert when they start the interview process so there is no clear direction at which type of person they are looking for or baseline / fairness. The recruiter tried to backtrack on this point after being caught out on the call over this point. The company offers a salary range however they want maximum skills for low pay.

A pretty normal interview process: 1) HR part was verry nice, made me feel confortable, 2) home assignment with a tech interview after. 3) behavioral interview. Entire interview process was professional.
