I was referred to by an acquaintance for one of the owners who thought I was really fit for the job. She shared my profile with him in an email. He emailed me asking me to forward my resume. After HE went through my resume, he asked his assistant to call me for a 1-1 interview a week later. I went for the interview. It comprised questions about my resume, my past experiences, my educational background, as well as a personality test. This latter comprised a set of short questions where I had to reply with Yes, No and why. After the interview, I was emailed telling me that I can now move to phase 2 of the recruitment process. This comprised working on a communication and branding assignment, from A to Z, then to present it, and also to write a document that the interviewer can take home to read. For those who are so fond of this company, they should at least ask the interviewer to work on a few sections of the project instead of the whole thing, or to get paid maybe for this project if it will be given the needed time and effort.
