Interview
Very extensive interview process which starts with a facility tour and then meeting with the management team. VP of Sales/ Director of Inside Sales and CEO. Long Process of 4+ hours which can be draining but allows you to learn alot about the company and their values before you even start.

Interview
You interview with the supervisor, the outside sales people, and the general manager. All in the same day so I thought that part was nice because its not like they drag the interview process on forever.
