Commercial Ltd interview questions

3 stages, phone, teams and in person. all were fine but not sure the interview was experienced and didn't really understand what they were asking and wanted to achieve. not the best not the worst

Was scheduled as a 30 minute Teams interview but lasted 15 minutes; interspersed with interruptions as interviewer's colleagues walked past and had dialog with the interviewer. No apologies. Despite clearly having the skills and experience to perform the role, I wasn't invited for a formal competency based interview, and I have to wonder why that would be... Interviewer came across as disinterested. One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had, resulting in my first post on GD.
