Interview process itself was fairly simple. Met virtually with a few individuals, then in the second interview had an in person interview with 3 individuals at their main office, 30 minutes long each. From there I was asked to fill out some surveys and questionnaires. I did not make it to the final interview unfortunately.

I applied for the position April 2023 and it took about a month for a recruiter to reach out to me. The initial call from the recruiter was the basic screening call. From there I was given a Microsoft teams interview with 2 different people for 30 minutes each. From there I earned my spot for a second round of interviews in person at their downtown headquarters. It consisted of 4 interviews with upper level management from different departments, all 30 minutes each. All the interviews were laid back and consisted of my background and my interest with commerce, no behavioral questions. Once I completed my second round of interviews I tried to get a hold of my recruiter 3 times to give him feedback on how the interviews went and to hopefully get some more information on the rest of the process. Every call went straight to voicemail. Then finally after two weeks I get a call from a random TA worker saying they weren't moving further with no context or feedback.
