I applied online. I interviewed at Comic Relief (London, England)
Interview
Call w two people and sent the questions 20 mins in advance, only gave participants a day to prepare which felt quite short notice. Got really in depth feedback of what did/didn't go as well which was really useful to take forward.
Online interview with three people. Questions were sent 30 mins in advance. They were late starting the interview. Then they took weeks for to finally say that I wasn't being progressed. Offered more detailed feedback for the interview that never came after requesting it. Very unimpressive experience. Had to chase HR repeatedly and email to the hiring manager went ignored.

Interview
I recently interviewed for a Press Officer role at Comic Relief, and it was a fast-paced but friendly process. The interview was structured into three clear stages all within one time slot, which made it feel efficient.. Ahead of time, they shared some of the questions, which gave me a great chance to prepare and feel more confident going in. The interviewers were very welcoming, a really positive experience overall!
