Very nice experience. Not pressured or made to feel incompetent. It was very nice that they asked my opinion on different situations and how I would feel working in those situations. They were caring and understanding and it definitely felt like they took your thoughts into consideration. Definitely a pleasant experience.

It was A phone interview. Phone interview only took about 10-15 minutes. Then if that went well you go in for onboarding and training. It was an easy process and just got asked the basic interview questions.
