Interview
The interview process was very efficient. Firstly I had a telephone interview where I was asked a few questions about the role and if I had any main questions or concerns to address before my zoom interview. I then had a competency based zoom interview where I answered some further competency based questions and asked any further questions I had.

Interview
Very quick process from start to finish, interviewed against CORE BEHAVIOURS for the role although this didn't feel obvious as the tone was relaxed and I was made to feel comfortable from the beginning. Interviewed by the manager and HR and both were really good. Friendly and easy to talk to. Interview lasted around 45 minutes and the outcome was given over a couple of days so not long to wait around
