Process took 3 weeks and it was 3 interviews. You start with the recruiter. You then get the manager. Than the director. All of them are morons. Every interview was joke and honestly I thought I was smarter than all of them.

Nothing hard...basic stuff like what is your worst characteristic and give me a time when you went above and beyond
