Normally the interview process is with multiple managers before you are offered the position. They are looking for energetic and passionate experienced sales people that have proven themselves elsewhere. I was internally hired because of my past performance so I can't honestly give my opinion of the process of hiring and interviewing someone new to Comcast.

Great process. They system is efficient and fair. It was a mass interview event. It was on a Saturday which allowed supervisors to focus on the recruiting process
