A recruiter contacted me via email to come in and take an assessment and personality test. Once I passed that I had a face to face interview with a Manager.

First stage is a phone interview- probably about 30 minutes. After that, the basic job functions and personality/integrity quiz- this is done online and they send you a link to your email. If you successfully complete this portion, they call you in for an in person interview (you could be meeting one person or a panel of supervisors- on average there are 2-3). Once you have completed all steps, they will conditionally offer you a position and you will submit to a drug screening.
