It felt very rushed. I did not feel like the interviewer wanted to be there. I would have accepted the offer but the interview left such a bad impression that I decided that if my experience working there would be like the interview then it wasn't worth my time.
Great, easy so far seem to have multiple interviews. First with a recruiter, then the second with management. Both have been via video call. the time between the first and second interview was about a week.
You fill out an application. Then you take an online assessment. Then they call you for a video interview over Microsoft Teams. Then they say you are a good fit and will try to get you in for a specific position, promising to fast track you once it becomes available, saying it definitely will, keeping you on the hook for over a month, then ghost you.
