Interview
It started out with a phone interview and I then went two days later for a meeting with the Hr representative and sales leader. They were very informative and answered every question I had. I was called two days later and have a background check and drug screen to pass.

What was one time a customer had a problem with you and how did you handle it.
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
It was quick and easy not much to say in a negative light I actually really enjoyed my experience. I never really enjoyed these types of questions until I interviewed with them.

Tell me about a time where you had to go above and beyond
My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
