I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Voorhees, NJ)
Interview
I applied for the job. Within the next day, I was asked to take an online assessment test. It took about 45 mins, which including fake scenarios of a call in, personality questions and math problems. A week later, I had a phone interview which the recruiter invited me in for a face to face interview. I get to the interview and there were about 8 other people applying for the same position. We get into a big room and fill out what our preferred working schedule is, benefits and etc. Then different supervisors pulled each of us out the room one by one.

The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.
