Disorganized and unprofessional. Multiple weeks between interview stages. No status updates without multiple followups to the Comcast recruiter who originally contacted me. The on-site interview felt rushed, and the hiring managers seemed generally disinterested - reading canned questions from a worksheet while portraying the position and company in a negative light. I received positive feedback from the recruiter after the in-person interview but then was ghosted after weeks of vague responses to my followups. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can't imagine how it feels to actually work there.
