Very disappointing hiring experience with ComboCurve. I was contacted saying they were interested in moving forward and then asked to spend around 2.5 hours completing a lengthy technical assessment. I completed it the same day with all test cases passing, only to later receive a rejection with no meaningful feedback or discussion afterward. Candidates invest significant time and effort into these assessments, especially during an already stressful job search. If the company is not genuinely serious about moving candidates forward, they should reconsider assigning such time-consuming tasks upfront. The entire process felt disrespectful of the candidate’s time and effort.
