The company was looking to form a small support team for an international client. They were looking for a candidate with experience in front end technologies but were also looking for a seniority.
The whole process was divided into several steps, the CV review, interviews and final negotiation. The interview process was in a for of panel and two 1:1 sessions.
This was due to specific nature of position, as panel interview was more for a company wide employment and 1:1 sessions were more specific to position.
