      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ComPsych (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2018

      Interview

Interview was conducted over the phone. Very helpful in answering any questions and straightforward with expectations of the job. Pay was discussed immediately as well as benefits. There were a lot of questions asked about my past professional experiences in the field in clinical counseling.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ComPsych in Aug 2019

      Interview

I went through three interviews. The first was with an HR person, the second was with the Clinical Lead, and the third was with the Director. The interviews were fairly straight-forward. They have you take an intelligence test that isn't too difficult. The second interview was a role play exercise. If you have experience, it's fairly simple.

      Clinical Counselor Interview

      31 May 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ComPsych (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2019

      Interview

1.Phone call with recruiter (This was pretty easy and she was very nice). 2. Online IQ test (This was very hard, so make sure you are prepared). 3. In person interview with phone call role play (Every one that I met was so kind and helpful. The role play phone call is no joke, so make sure you know what you are doing. You are put in a conference room by yourself with the phone on speaker, so it is nice that no one is watching you. Once that is over, the interview with the clinical lead was straight forward and easy. 5. They reached out to me in less than a week to see if I was still interested. 6. A few days later they offered me the job.
