The job was recommended to me through a mutual friend and I was almost guaranteed to be hired. Once I met the owner, answered a few questions and toured the facility, I was offered the job. The few questions asked pertained to chemistry, availability and salary requirements.

Interview
Once applied for a position, a recruiter contacts you. After discussing about your qualifications and the applied position, Column arranges a time to talk with the hiring manager of the position. Within 2 weeks, I was placed in a well paying position with a per diem.
