Phone interview then campus interview including giving a presentation, meeting the faculty members in the department and the management as well. you would better know the background information for the committee members. the teaching is still the main focus

It was a simple interview. A little intimidating because there were about five people at the table for the first interview, but since it turned out to be the only one needed I suppose it worked well.
