Interview
The structured interview process involving 3 rounds of interviews and a task. 1st there was a phone screen, then a group / pannel style question-based interview and finally an interview with the GM and CEO. Questions were detailed and expected, but I was most impressed how the interviewers were really interested in understanding my cultural fit at the agency.
