2 interviews early 2020 before pandemic - went really well. Job went on hold during the year (understandably).
We kept in touch and when it reopened they got back in touch and we had another chat. Explained their internal process they had to reinterview and reopen the position despite how much they liked me and I was the “perfect candidate”.
Fast forward a couple of months, there’s me and one other who has to speak to the director (third round of interview) because it’s “company process”. Never spoke to her.
Couple of weeks later (after attempts to contact them), they ring to say that I’m unsuccessful and they’ve given the role to the other person despite having the third round of interviews thick we “had” to do.
Essentially was strung along the whole time and lied to at the end in terms of the process - would avoid if possible!
