The process from start to finish took about 6 weeks. The interviews were a phone screen, hiring manager 1:1, two panels with two cross-functional team members. In the end the hiring manager changed his mind on what he was looking for in a candidate. Had I known he wanted someone with an expertise in this specific sport I would've passed on this interview and saved my time. Especially because the the salary range was rather low compared to any of the other comparative brands in the area. The positive is the people who work there do seem to enjoy it.
