Colorado Technical University interview questions

After applying for the role, I was fortunate enough to get a virtual interview. I tuned in at the allotted time and had a great conversation with the interviewer, but when asked why am I seeking a remote position, I said I have a disability that limits my mobility and that working remotely would be ideal for me in this situation. The interview ended. Shortly I received their rejection letter. This was 2 years ago. I have since attempted to apply for the same role - it's a position they seek to fill quite often, but every time I attempt to submit my application for it, I Immediately get the message that I've already applied. They have blocked me from applying for the job ever again! Note to anyone attempting to work for Colorado Technical University: Don't tell them about any disabilities you may have. You will be permanently blocked from ever applying again.

One interview with two senior faculty. They mainly wanted to know about your teaching experience and your areas of expertise. They asked about courses, education and experience in handling diverse students.
