I applied through other source. I interviewed at Colorado College
Interview
First round “interviews” are held on a third party website where you record answers to questions provided in the “interview” invitation email. You never talk to a real person, but are allowed to ask questions by email. If that wasn’t impersonal enough, search committees will not inform candidates of their status as they originally promise, nor respond to further emails.
TLDR: one-way interview and ghosting/not following through

A half-hour Zoom Interview, about 20 minutes for their questions to you, and 10 minutes for wrap-up and for any questions you have. I met with my now direct supervisors, and I received an offer within 2 hours of my interview.
