District - Multi Unit Manager Interview

      9 Feb 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Norristown, PA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at ColorTyme (Norristown, PA) in Mar 2014

      Interview

The owner is a retired CEO of fortune 500 companies who got bored. It is truly a talent to have such experience and success and not come off as intimidating in an interview with a low level manager. The interview felt more conversational than Q&A, although all aspects of my experience and skills were covered.
