The interview process was very pleasant from start to finish. It started with an email from the recruiter. Luckily I checked my spam folder and realized it was legitimate. I emailed the recruiter back and set up a phone interview.
The phone interview was nice, but I was overly nervous for some reason and choked quite a bit. The recruiter was so sweet and great at facilitating the conversation. I didn't feel very confident when we got off the phone. However, within two days I got a phone call that they wanted to do an in person interview. I was ecstatic. This was right before the holidays, therefore I had nearly three weeks to prepare.
I was confident, and the position seemed to be catered to my expertise and career goals. It was a perfect fit.
The interview process was very easy going. I spoke with five people, and had something uniquely in common with each of them, which was great! There were some standard behavioral questions, but overall it was an easy going conversation style. They asked about my current projects, accomplishments, best and worst attributes, etc.
The interview took place on a Tuesday, and I got a call the following Monday with an offer.
