Interviewed over the phone. Very brief, led to an in person meeting.I was asked to refresh the memory of the interviewer of my past experiences as a Sales Rep for other similar companies that sold to Color Spots Big box retailer customers. The manager wanted to meet in person, I met up at they're facility to interview again and begin paper work.
