      Clinical Lab Assistant Interview

      27 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Burlingame, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Color (Burlingame, CA) in Jul 2019

      Interview

1 hour phone interview with the hiring manager, then a 4 hour on-site interview with 7-8 people I would be working with. Interviews were 1 or 2 people at a time. Most of the questions were behavior based, like whether I preferred to work on a team or alone or if I had ever gotten angry at a coworker. Some were technical, and those that were were based around the knowledge I stated I had on my resume.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

How would you motivate a coworker?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Can you tell us about a time you got angry at a coworker?
