Applied on LinkedIn contacted same day and had phone screen with 2 Consumer Care Managers. "Conversational" F2F with same 2 hiring mgrs followed by 1:1 with one of their reps. Was told I was 1 of 3 candidates remaining for 1 opening. Attempted to follow-up with both managers via email/phone and took 13 days for recruiter to get back to me with generic rejection email. I pressed both hiring managers for feedback, and the one I had better rapport with indicated they found someone w/ call center experience. I believe there was an underlying factor here, as call center experience is relatively easy to come by, and I was overqualified for the position.
