I initially got a phone call from a secretary to set up the interview. I asked her a few questions about the company, she answered them but included a few new things the company was doing. We then set up the interview. On the day of the interview I was called and another person patched in. The interviewers essentially gave me free reign to discuss myself. I tried to do so but they interrupted multiple times in what felt like a show of being as unimpressed as possible. At the end of the interview I asked about what the secretary had told me and the interviewer quickly snapped back at me saying they weren't even considering it. Perhaps it was a newer project that she wasn't supposed to let slip. I left the interview knowing that I would not be accepting another interview or offer. Many times I read negative reviews on Glassdoor and just assume they are jaded employees who are exaggerating their negative experiences as a way to get back at the company, but this time I get the sense that many of them are well deserved.
