Dress to impress! First impressions are big with Mr. Colman along with a strong work ethic and a loyal employee who will go above their job description to help out the team. Being on time and not calling out is a very big deal. He understands that you will have emergencies and illness from time to time but if It becomes a habit you will not be good for that company.
