The interview process consists of five stages: an aptitude round, a hiring manager round, a Codility round, an interview with the HOD, and prolonged discussions with the HR spanning three weeks.
Following the completion of all interviews, I received a verbal offer. However, subsequent to accepting it, I was informed about an ongoing reorganization, casting uncertainty on the existence of the position. Despite assurances from HR regarding approvals pending from management or uncertainty surrounding the geographical location, the offer has been consistently delayed. I caution individuals against engaging with this company due to its lack of professionalism in management practices.
